Tuesday Tip: The New “Official” California RCFE Regulations are Available

With your hectic schedule, it is sometimes easy to overlook simple compliance issues. Tip:  The new “official” RCFE regulations are now available from the California Community Care Licensing Division. The regulations have been renumbered and reorganized, but do not include any new regulations. Although unofficial copies have been available for some time, this is the first complete edition issued by CCLD that includes health and safety code insertions.

Community Care Licensing is currently referencing the new regulation numbers when evaluating facilities and when issuing citations. You may view and download the new regulations at:
