RCFE and ARF Not Required to Submit Custodian of Records

The California Department of Justice has revised their policy on Custodian of Records (COR) requirements. RCFEs and ARFs providers are not required to submit a Custodian of Records application. We received this email update from the COR unit at DOJ this week:
