- Solid track record – Look for candidates with long histories in prior positions. Watch out for “job hoppers.”
- Proven results – Were they successful in prior positions? How can they demonstrate success? Ask for date, metrics, or case studies.
- Caring at heart – Everyone in your organization must embrace the assisted living philosophy that emphasizes resident-centered care and services.
